Hotel Canandaigua, Tapestry Collection by Hilton has partnered with Nolan’s Catering, as the exclusive caterer of all group and social events for the property. From corporate gatherings to social celebrations, this new elevated catering collaboration will extend Nolan’s iconic signature selections beyond its Main Street location to provide all of its local and regional guests with a memorable event experience set within the adorned lakefront retreat. 

  • As a part of the collaboration, Nolan’s Catering offers two, full-service menus geared towards corporate groups or special occasion clientele.

  • Complete with bar selections and access to a dedicated event planner and preferred vendors, Hilton Honors members can maintain their rewards and continue to earn points on their bookings.

  • Guests have the option to execute their special event concepts from the hotel’s expansive event facilities that span over 10,000-square-feet, including the stunning lakefront Finger Lakes Ballroom, ability to host a ceremony on the lawn, and access to eight meeting spaces including the Canandaigua, Keuka and Seneca meeting rooms for private groups.

  • Event planners and clients can select from several of the restaurant’s most popular signature dishes, cocktail party favorites, and more, featuring Certified Angus BeefⓇ cuts that will be offered within each package.

  • This is the third catering establishment for the company’s portfolio, as this venture will join operations with the Fallbrook House at Canandaigua Country Club and Nolan’s on Canandaigua Lake restaurant.
