Gather the entire family for a memorable dining experience featuring a lavish spread of our culinary favorites, including a Carving Station, decadent Seafood Display, and a selection of classic and unique Mains. From our signature Certified Angus Beef ® Tenderloin to a dedicated Kid's Buffet, there’s something delicious for everyone.

Certified Angus Beef® Bash presented by Nolan’s Catering

Kick off the start of summer with an unforgettable afternoon of smoke, sizzle and lakeside views at the first-annual Certified Angus Beef® Bash presented by Nolan’s Catering. Join us on Sunday, May 31 from 1-4pm at Hotel Canandaigua, Tapestry by Hilton for a laid-back celebration of bold flavors highlighting Certified Angus Beef® cuts. Guests are invited to sample an array of BBQ-forward plates curated by Nolan’s Catering, partake in an exciting five, extensive Meat Raffle packages to benefit The Spot, and last but not least, take in the indie-style country sounds by local musician Claudia Hoyser!

What to Expect

  • Watch our chefs in action as they carve and serve a variety of expertly prepared Certified Angus Beef® cuts, straight from the grill, including a special station manned by Chef Garrette Gray of The Lake House!

  • Enjoy a spread of summer cookout classics, smoky flavors, and chef-crafted sides that pair perfectly with all of the beef dishes planned

  • Listen to the indie-style country sounds of Claudia Hoyser who’s set to perform the perfect soundtrack for an afternoon of great food and good company from 1-3pm

  • Enter to win premium cuts of Certified Angus Beef® to take home and grill at your leisure for a special occasion at home. Meats will be raffled every periodically between Claudia’s set for attendees to have up to five attempts to win!

  • Grab a cold drink, mingle with friends and enjoy the relaxed energy of this lakeside cookout. 

  • For all meat raffle winners, take home cooling bags will be supplied by Palmer Foods

Get ready for a sizzling summer lakeside BBQ Bash - Saturday, July 4th with special performance by 33 Thunder!

Together, Hotel Canandaigua, Tapestry Collection by Hilton and Nolan's Catering are excited to present their second-annual, BBQ Bash - Saturday, July 4th, 6pm - 9pm! Get ready for a feast of delicious BBQ as you sail into this holiday weekend special event with the amazing Country band, 33 Thunder, all the way from California!

About 33 Thunder:

  • A High Energy Tribute to Modern Country Music. ​Get ready to experience the electrifying sights and sounds  of 33THUNDER, a powerhouse group of passionate and talented musicians led by the extraordinary Lead Singing Bassist, Pete Violas.  Born and raised in Canandaigua, Pete's musical journey was shaped by the mesmerizing melodies of legends like Johnny, Elvis, and Willie.  But it was his resilience and strength in the face of the Route 91 Tragedy that ignited the creation of one of Southern California's most dedicated and hardworking modern country bands.

What to expect:

  • Ticket will include meal (served 6- 8 pm) & access to the 33 Thunder Band set (6-9 pm)

  • BBQ buffet is included in the admission price. Buffet includes: (BBQ grilled chicken, pulled pork, ribs, macaroni salad, coleslaw and cornbread)

  • Kids Buffet is included in the children's admission price. (chicken fingers and french fries will be included in the buffet)
