Certified Angus Beef® Bash presented by Nolan’s Catering

Kick off the start of summer with an unforgettable afternoon of smoke, sizzle and lakeside views at the first-annual Certified Angus Beef® Bash presented by Nolan’s Catering. Join us on Sunday, May 31 from 1-4pm at Hotel Canandaigua, Tapestry by Hilton for a laid-back celebration of bold flavors highlighting Certified Angus Beef® cuts. Guests are invited to sample an array of BBQ-forward plates curated by Nolan’s Catering, partake in an exciting five, extensive Meat Raffle packages to benefit The Spot, and last but not least, take in the indie-style country sounds by local musician Claudia Hoyser!

What to Expect

  • Watch our chefs in action as they carve and serve a variety of expertly prepared Certified Angus Beef® cuts, straight from the grill, including a special station manned by Chef Garrette Gray of The Lake House!

  • Enjoy a spread of summer cookout classics, smoky flavors, and chef-crafted sides that pair perfectly with all of the beef dishes planned

  • Listen to the indie-style country sounds of Claudia Hoyser who’s set to perform the perfect soundtrack for an afternoon of great food and good company from 1-3pm

  • Enter to win premium cuts of Certified Angus Beef® to take home and grill at your leisure for a special occasion at home. Meats will be raffled every periodically between Claudia’s set for attendees to have up to five attempts to win!

  • Grab a cold drink, mingle with friends and enjoy the relaxed energy of this lakeside cookout. 

  • For all meat raffle winners, take home cooling bags will be supplied by Palmer Foods
